Individual Psychological Counseling

Individual psychological counseling services are intervention services conducted within the framework of fundamental principles such as confidentiality and voluntariness. These services aim to help individuals solve unresolved problems, contribute to their personal, social, and academic development, and facilitate the adaptation process to university life. To receive individual psychological counseling services from our unit, an appointment must be made via e-mail. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes, and the frequency and duration of these sessions are decided together with the client. Psychological assistance needs that fall outside our unit's service area are directed to appropriate assistance resources.
